Er soll helfen, dass sich alle an der GEE sicher f\u00fchlen, gesehen werden und Verantwortung \u00fcbernehmen: f\u00fcr sich selbst, f\u00fcr andere und f\u00fcr unsere Kompass ist aus dem Wunsch entstanden, das soziale Miteinander unserer Schule zu st\u00e4rken. Dabei ist es uns wichtig, unsere Werte nicht nur zu benennen, sondern klar, verst\u00e4ndlich und alltagstauglich zu formulieren. Damit die Werte nicht \u201cvon oben\u201d kommen, sondern als gemeinsames Vorhaben gedacht werden, war die gesamte Schulgemeinde an der Entwicklung beteiligt: Lehrerinnen und Lehrer, Eltern und Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besonders ist die konsequente Ich-Perspektive.<strong> <\/strong>Im Zentrum steht das \u201eIch\u201c, weil gemeinsames Wohl nur durch pers\u00f6nliches Engagement gelingt. Aus den vier Werten werden konkrete Ich-Leits\u00e4tze, die zeigen, was Verantwortung, Respekt, demokratisches Handeln und gelebte Vielfalt im Schulalltag bedeuten \u2013 im Unterricht, in Pausen, in Gespr\u00e4chen und bei Konflikten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GEEmeinsam an der GEE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Gesamtschule Eiserfeld ist eine Schule, in der viele Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Hintergr\u00fcnden zusammenkommen und genau darin liegt unsere St\u00e4rke. Vielfalt verstehen wir als Chance. Gleichzeitig ist uns Demokratiebildung wichtig. Mitbestimmung, Meinungsfreiheit und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu \u00fcbernehmen, geh\u00f6ren f\u00fcr uns zu Schule dazu.
