Unter dem Titel \u201eChemistry in Crime\u201c konnten Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler dreier Schulen \u2013 neben der GEE das F\u00fcrst-Johann-Moritz-Gymnasium und das St. Franziskus-Gymnasium Olpe \u2013 unter Anleitung von Wissenschaftlern in den Labors der Universit\u00e4t Siegen experimentieren. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Die Ergebnisse der Versuchsreihen, die sich insbesondere mit Verfahrensweisen der Kriminalistik besch\u00e4ftigten, wurden nun in Form einer Posterpr\u00e4sentation beim Tag der Offenen Uni auf dem Unteren Schlossplatz vorgestellt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gesamtschule-eiserfeld.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/image-6.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"119\" height=\"165\" title=\"image\" align=\"left\" style=\"margin: 6px 7px 0px 0px; border: 0px currentcolor; border-image: none; float: left; display: inline; background-image: none;\" alt=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gesamtschule-eiserfeld.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/image_thumb-5.png?resize=119%2C165\" border=\"0\"><\/a>In verschiedenen Teilprojekten wurden \u00fcber mehrere Monate hinweg unterschiedliche Aspekte der Kriminalistik beleuchtet, darunter die Analyse von Fasern und Partikeln mithilfe spektroskopischer Methoden und die Synthese bzw. Charakterisierung von Wirkstoffen wie Aspirin und Coralyn. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde in einem weiteren, vornehmlich biologisch orientierten Projekt ein fiktiver Mordfall aufgekl\u00e4rt. Dazu wurden klassische Verfahren der Molekularbiologie wie Gelelektrophorese oder die Polymerase-Kettenreaktion zur DNA-Vervielf\u00e4ltigung angewandt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gesamtschule-eiserfeld.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/image-7.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"221\" height=\"165\" title=\"image\" align=\"right\" style=\"margin: 6px 0px 0px 6px; border-image: none; float: right; display: inline; background-image: none;\" alt=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gesamtschule-eiserfeld.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/image_thumb-6.png?resize=221%2C165\" border=\"0\"><\/a>Der gemeinsame Projektkurs im Bereich Chemie\/Biologie bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich fr\u00fchzeitig mit wissenschaftlichen Arbeitsweisen auseinanderzusetzen und Einblicke in die Universit\u00e4t zu erhalten.
