\"\"[2020-12-22 J\u00dcNG] Liebe Schulgemeinde, liebe Unterst\u00fctzer der Gesamtschule Eiserfeld. Heute h\u00e4tten die Weihnachtsferien begonnen. Wir als Kollegium w\u00fcrden jetzt im Rahmen der traditionellen weihnachtlichen Dienstbesprechung das abgelaufene Jahr Revue passieren lassen \u2013 die Highlights, die Patzer, das Lustige und das \u00c4rgerliche. D\u00e4chten traurig an die im April verstorbene Kollegin Ira Scheele-Hein. Vorhin vermutlich w\u00e4re unsere Sch\u00fclerschaft vom Bl\u00e4serensemble aus Lehrern, Sch\u00fclerInnen und Ehemaligen mit festlichen Kl\u00e4ngen in die wohlverdiente Zeit zwischen den Jahren entlassen worden. Eine mitunter etwas kitschig-klischeehafte Phase, in die man sich aber sooo<\/em> gerne fallen l\u00e4sst \u2013 sorgenfrei, umgeben von Familie und Freunden, mit Geschenken und gutem Essen, geborgen.
Alles Konjunktive? Nichts von alledem? Wir stehen vor dem Weihnachtsfest 2020!
Ein wirklich knallhartes Jahr, dieses 2020! Das Jahr von Corona, Bergamo, Inzidenzen, Lockdowns und Quarant\u00e4ne. Das Jahr der Covid-Patienten, Intensivstationen und Altenheime, der Virologen und Gesundheits\u00e4mter, die Zeit kaum zu ertragender Abschottung und Einsamkeit. Das Jahr einer starken Kanzlerin, aber auch der Laschen und Lauen, der Zauderer \u2013 und die Zeit politischer Rattenf\u00e4ngerei. Auch Zeit der Nachl\u00e4ssig-, der Sorg- und Verantwortungslosigkeit, des Egoismus, eines unseligen Hedonismus.
In der Schule vor allem das Jahr der Maske, fast schon gesichtslos im Wortsinn, aber absolut notwendig. Auch die Zeit des Hybridunterrichts und des Homeschoolings. Alles in allem keine sch\u00f6ne Zeit f\u00fcr uns, daf\u00fcr irreal, bedr\u00fcckend. Und belastend \u2013 \u00a0sehr belastend f\u00fcr Eltern, f\u00fcr das Kollegium, vor allem auch f\u00fcr die Sch\u00fclerschaft. Und dennoch: viele Sch\u00fclerInnen und auch LehrerInnen vermissen schmerzlich unsere Schule\u00a0 – die GEE ist eben doch viel mehr als Unterricht!<\/span>
Angemessenes Lamento? Das d\u00fcstere Bild ist vielmehr eine Klage auf immer noch sehr hohem technischen und wirtschaftlich weitgehend abgesicherten Niveau. Schon oft standen Menschen in ihrer Gesamtheit vor Weihnachtsfesten, die alles andere als Geborgenheit und Idylle zu bieten hatten \u2013 nach gro\u00dfen Kriegen, schlimmen Naturkatastrophen, ja, auch nach verheerenden Seuchen. Das Leben aber h\u00e4lt nicht an, es geht weiter. Auch f\u00fcr uns!
Mit der anstehenden Impfung zeichnet sich ein wirklicher Silberstreif am dunklen Pandemiehimmel ab. Ein schmaler Strohhalm, an dem sich die Welt festhalten m\u00f6chte, muss und wird. Ersehnt, gef\u00fcrchtet, alternativlos.
Wenn die Raupe das Ende der Welt beklagt, dann freut sich der Schmetterling \u00fcber die Zukunft! Diese Sentenz des chinesischen Philosophen Laotse passt irgendwie zu Luthers Apfelb\u00e4umchen-Prinzip. Und Hoffnung ist ja gerade auch im Weihnachtsfest zu sehen! Positiv mal im guten, alten Sinn.<\/p>\n

Ich w\u00fcnsche Euch und Ihnen allen eine ruhige, besinnliche und vor allem gesunde Weihnachtszeit und ein zukunftsorientiertes 2021!<\/p>\n
