Gro\u00dfer Studientag zur Inklusiven Beschulung an der GEE<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"[2022-09-20 J\u00dcNG] \u201eEs tut gut, sich die ganze Dimension der Inklusion in all ihren Zusammenh\u00e4ngen vor Augen zu f\u00fchren.\u201c Einige Umstehende stimmen der jungen Referendarin in der Mittagspause bei Pizza und Limo am Stehtisch im Aulafoyer lebhaft zu: etliches sei jetzt doch transparenter, viele Tipps und neue Herangehensweisen in den elf Workshops vermittelt worden. Sonja Eggers, f\u00fcr die Inklusion an der GEE federf\u00fchrendes Mitglied der Schulleitung, hat diesen Studientag bereits vor geraumer Zeit angedacht. \"\"
Doch pandemiebedingt haben wir es erst jetzt gewagt, alle am inklusiven Lehrprozess beteiligten Berufsgruppen gemeinsam in die Aula und danach in elf verschiedene Workshops einzuladen: die FachlehrerInnen, die Sonderp\u00e4dagogen, die Schulsozialp\u00e4dagogen, das Inklusionshelferteam, die MPT-Fachkr\u00e4fte \u2013 und nat\u00fcrlich f\u00fcnf externe ReferentInnen.<\/p>\n

\"\"Im Eingangsreferat \u201eMultiprofessionelle Kooperation\u201c verweist denn auch Prof. Dr. Daniel Mays (Uni Siegen) auf die enorme Bedeutung des effektiven Zusammenwirkens aller am inklusiven Erziehungs- und Unterrichtsprozess Beteiligten hin. Er verschweigt dabei nicht die hohe Komplexit\u00e4t dieser Aufgabe insbesondere f\u00fcr ein Lehrerkollegium. LehrerInnen seien ohnehin in den vielf\u00e4ltigsten Rollen im Schulalltag unterwegs und die Inklusion \u2013 bei aller Sinnhaftigkeit und Notwendigkeit \u2013 sei ein weiteres gro\u00dfes Arbeitsfeld. Zudem w\u00e4ren oftmals die unabdingbaren \u00e4u\u00dferen Rahmenbedingungen (reduzierte Klassengr\u00f6\u00dfen, ausgebildete Sonderp\u00e4dagogInnen usw.) an vielen Schulen nur teilweise sichergestellt.
\"\"Aber, so Prof. Mays, gem\u00e4\u00df einer gro\u00dfangelegten Studie der OECD von 2018 seien die beiden wichtigsten Bedingungsfaktoren f\u00fcr erfolgreiche Anpassung von Sch\u00fclerInnen eine hinreichend heterogene Sch\u00fclerschaft und ein gutes Schulklima. Dies best\u00e4tigt uns nat\u00fcrlich sehr in unserem Wirken, denn gelebte Vielfalt und wertsch\u00e4tzendes Schulklima geh\u00f6ren quasi seit Bestehen der GEE zum unverr\u00fcckbaren Fundament unseres Schulprogramms und sind Richtschnur unseres tagt\u00e4glichen Handelns.<\/p>\n

\"\"In den anschlie\u00dfenden Workshops (etwa zur Systemischen Beratung, dem Umgang mit herausforderndem Sch\u00fclerverhalten, der Schulverweigerung, der externen Schulberatung und nat\u00fcrlich vor allem zum Fachunterricht mit zieldifferenten Kindern in den diversen F\u00e4chern u.v.m.) gibt es reichlich Gelegenheit zum interkollegialen und interdisziplin\u00e4ren Fachaustausch.
\"\" Dementsprechend zufrieden mit dem Tag zeigen sich denn auch in der gemeinsamen Abschlussrunde alle Beteiligten und vereinbaren, eine Reihe von Themenschwerpunkten in der kommenden Zeit in Kleingruppen vertieft zu er\u00f6rtern. Insgesamt eine runde Sache!
