Gef\u00fchlt wollen Lehrer, Eltern, Freunde alle gleichzeitig was von Dir? Eigentlich brauchst du gerade einmal \u2018nen Moment f\u00fcr dich oder du willst nur zum Handball, aber die bl\u00f6de Matheaufgabe l\u00e4uft nicht und die Vokabeln f\u00fcr Englisch m\u00fcssen auch noch gelernt werden? Und jetzt macht dir das Ganze auch noch Kopfschmerzen oder l\u00e4sst dich schlecht schlafen?<\/p>\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst einmal: Damit bist du nicht alleine, und weil das so ist, hat sich die Q1 in der Fahrtenwoche in Form eines Projekttages mit dem Thema <strong><em>\u201eStress und School-Life-Balance\u201c<\/em><\/strong> besch\u00e4ftigt. Daf\u00fcr konnten wir mit Herrn Tr\u00e4gner, Diplom-Psychologe und in der Regionale Schulberatungsstelle f\u00fcr den Kreis Siegen-Wittgenstein t\u00e4tig, einen Experten gewinnen, der die Sch\u00fcler:innen kurzweilig und aktivierend durch die Input-Phasen und die Workshops gef\u00fchrt hat.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Vor dem Tun steht erstmal das Verstehen, und so haben wir gelernt, dass Stress dem kanadischen Mediziner Hans Selye folgend die <em>unspezifische Reaktion des K\u00f6rpers auf <u>jede<\/u> Anforderung, die an ihn gestellt<\/em> wird, ist. Auf <u>jede<\/u> Anforderung \u2013 deshalb gibt es \u201eangenehmen\u201c und \u201eunangenehmen\u201c Stress, deshalb ist Stress unvermeidlich, manchmal sogar notwendig und muss deshalb gar nicht vermieden werden. Wie so oft kommt es auf die Balance an \u2013 wie beim Salz in der Suppe, wie Herr Tr\u00e4gner bildlich verdeutlicht hat. Jede(r) war dann eingeladen, \u00fcber seine pers\u00f6nlichen Stressfaktoren, aber auch seine pers\u00f6nlichen ausgleichenden \u201eFlow-Faktoren\u201c nachzudenken und sich mit Mitsch\u00fcler:innen dar\u00fcber auszutauschen.<\/p>\n<p>In einem zweiten Input zum Thema \u201eWas ist und wie funktioniert Lernen?\u201c wurde dann der Zusammenhang zwischen eigenen Lernstrategien und m\u00f6glichem Stress untersucht. An eigenen Fallbeispielen wurde \u00fcberlegt, was genau den Stress verursacht hat, wie die Situation gel\u00f6st wurde und welche Hilfen man sich z.B. von den Lehrer:innen gew\u00fcnscht h\u00e4tte.<\/p>\n<p>An den Reaktionen aus der Q1 wurde deutlich, dass Herr Tr\u00e4gner den Nerv der Sch\u00fcler:innen voll getroffen hat.
