\"\"<\/a>Das vorliegende Schulprogramm ist das Ergebnis eines langen Diskussionsprozesses, in welchen das gesamte Kollegium sowie die Elternschaft involviert gewesen sind. Die Entscheidung f\u00fcr einen Arbeitsweg mit m\u00f6glichst hoher Beteiligung unterschiedlicher schulischer Gremien r\u00fchrt von einem systemischen Denken her, das von der Prozess\u00adorientierung, inneren Problembew\u00e4ltigung und breit gestreuten Impulsgebung lebt.
\nDa es im Gesamtzusammenhang des Entwicklungsprozesses unserer Schule steht, gehen wir gem\u00e4\u00df unserem Schullogo \u201eSchule in Bewegung\u201c von einer Ver\u00e4nderbarkeit des geschriebenen Schulprogramms aus, ohne es jedoch der Beliebigkeit preis zu geben. Eine Ver\u00e4nderbarkeit ergibt sich bereits aus der Notwendigkeit des steten Controllings \u00fcber Ma\u00dfnahmen wie Evaluationen, Ver\u00e4nderungen im Kollegium, der Sch\u00fclerInnenschaft und der Gesellschaft als solcher. Die Ablehnung der Beliebigkeit zeigt sich in den nach einem l\u00e4ngeren heuristischen Verfahren erarbeiteten Leitlinien, die als Basis unserer schulischen Arbeit zu verstehen sind.<\/p>\n
