swiper-pagination-white\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bereits beim Eintreffen sorgten das weitl\u00e4ufige Gel\u00e4nde und der freundliche Empfang f\u00fcr eine angenehme Atmosph\u00e4re. Alle Teilnehmenden erhielten zun\u00e4chst einen kleinen Snack, bevor die Veranstaltung offiziell begann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Organisatoren des Regionalen Jobverbunds begr\u00fc\u00dften den Jahrgang 9 und stellten den Ablauf des Tages vor. Zur Einstimmung berichteten zwei Mitarbeitende verschiedener Unternehmen von ihrem pers\u00f6nlichen beruflichen Werdegang \u2013 von ihrer Schulzeit bis hin zu ihrem heutigen Arbeitsplatz. Dabei wurde deutlich, dass der Weg ins Berufsleben nicht immer geradlinig verl\u00e4uft und Herausforderungen oft neue Perspektiven und Chancen er\u00f6ffnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Anschluss erkundeten die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler in Gruppen die verschiedenen Stationen der Unternehmen, die im 20-Minuten-Takt gewechselt wurden. Mithilfe von Mitmachaktionen, Unternehmenspr\u00e4sentationen, pers\u00f6nlichen Gespr\u00e4chen und der eigens f\u00fcr diesen Tag entwickelten \u201ework.mate-App\u201c informierten sie sich \u00fcber unterschiedliche Berufsfelder sowie Studien- und Ausbildungsm\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Unternehmen hatten sich zahlreiche praxisnahe Aktionen \u00fcberlegt, um das Interesse der Jugendlichen zu wecken. So konnten die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler unter anderem virtuell schwei\u00dfen, eine Lichtschalteranlage fachgerecht verkabeln oder ein Metallschild gravieren.
